We will have more snow emergencies and want to see fewer tickets written with each one. We're not out of the woods yet! We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable holiday season, and with the challenges of 2020 no one needs a ticket or tow that is avoidable by following the above steps. If you need to locate a towed vehicle, please follow this link and enter your ticket number or license number or call (203) 946-6316:įor everyone who was not ticketed or towed, thank you for working with us! If you know someone who was, please share the tools outlined below that helped you avoid a headache such as signing up for the emergency alert notifications, calling (203)946-SNOW, keeping an eye out for the blue lights and knowing what they mean, or utilizing alternative off street parking prior to snowfall. Thanks to all those that moved their vehicles ahead of the storm. Please make sure to remove all vehicles parked in school lots, temporary snow parking areas, and Park New Haven lots or garages to avoid additional fees. We thank you for your patience and assistance is helping us clear the streets. The citywide parking ban lifted at 12PM noon today, Friday December 18th. UPDATE: CITYWIDE PARKING BAN HAS BEEN LIFTED, PLEASE REMOVE ALL VEHICLES FROM SCHOOL LOTS AND RETURN TO NORMAL PARKING AREAS.
